Cause this cause cold feelings in the back and in between shoulder blades randomly and sporadically for different but not constant length of times. If that makes sense. Thanks for any insight.

I'm sorry but I feel the need to say this is incorrect. The dorsal scapular nerve can many times get entrapped at the rhomboids. I've gotten my neck hydrodissected. Twice but the spasms and pain continued on the medial scap up towards the neck and can be alleviated when I shrug my shoulders around.

70% of scapular area pain is from the lower cervical spine. Based on 40 years experience.

@@legendarycarbon locate where the nerve is trapped and releasing it. It can be in several parts like middle scalene and rhomboids.

Do you struggle with tinnitus, ringing in the ears? I do, and it’s insane.. Almost can’t hear on my right ear.

@@Sarahkkvv I also have Dorsal Scapular Neuropathy and tinnitus. I don't know for how long now but might be as long as 10 years. I knew that tinnitus can caused by posture but wasn't sure if DSN can trigger it.
