Consider who controls the the court, and the narrative. Hamas is surely at fault, but the charges are fictitious. There are, after all, no reporters left alive in Gaza to actually report what goes on for those prisoners that were held by Hamas. Even when there were reporters in Gaza, the claims of the US-controlled court were not proven.
Edit: those prisoners released by Hamas said they were treated well.

I 100% agree with you! The only problem is the Supreme Court is the reason Aipac and other donors are able to bribe our congressional leaders in the first place. The Citizens United ruling would be nearly impossible to get overturned with this conservative court.
