Yeah? That would be correct cause if I use other things the entire team concept would change, but as of release that was the optimal sub combination for grankuro UN5.
The kurotobi bundle may be worth considering since Grannerv is a GFE that appears quite often, so I would say yes if you have a lot of the good sub options like what I use in the video, or if you have two Karindra as sub you can cope without having a second kuro to use.

KarinDra is what I was using originally but you'll need to keep in mind it's not as good, since you lose the resists and spinner.
