I wanna talk about it please. I have Collards, different kales, Swiss chard and baby bok choy to harvest and I'm green on how to store in the freezer and how to use it all after all that. Last year most my brassicas were used to feed my worm bin...they don't care how I store it...just "feed me, Seymour" 😆 This year I want to eat more of it myself too.

Cool, I rinse and chop it, blanch it for about 2 min, then divide into about 3 or 4 piles. I freeze all but 1 and add to salads usually but occasionally cook with other foods as a last minute ingredient.
Was curious about pickling the stems without sugar though.

What other options would you suggest besides plastic bags? I've had good results with glass containers...
