I always over dress for winter running. Even at 18 degrees I get so hot 🔥 then I end up running carrying my outer layer. But when I first start out I'm cold so I need it!!! I used to stash my coat in the bushes at this church I'd run by when I got too hot and then go back by to pick it up later! 😂
The biggest issue I find running in the winter is my fingers and ears. A good hat and mittens are critical. How cold are you still willing to run outside? I give up at 0F
I found it odd how she pronounced ‘saucony’, but I’m from Cali so my American accent is awful as well. the brands I overheard were: brooks, saucony, soar, & then your obvious lululemon of course. hope this helped.

I got Saucony tights (mens) after trying several other brands and the Saucony were by far the most comfortable and material felt the best on the skin.
