The part about eating your next meal is so true for me. Before I went on a life-changing trip this summer, I was CONSTANTLY thinking about food. How many calories it had, skipping meals, different diets, etc. After being around kids my age this summer who were just so effortlessly genuine, it made me realize that there's more to life than stressing out about that stuff and that it's best to just live in the moment.

I'm not religious, and it's probably a dumb question to ask but. How do you do a "bible study"? I don't want to offend someone, but I really don't understand that part and I see you always put it in your routines
hi! i know this is really late but i figured since i saw the comment i would share ! when i study my Bible i pray first (i make sure to ask God to speak to me through his word), turn on worship music , and then i pick a chapter from the Bible to read . For example Mathew chapter 1 . While reading the chapter i highlight anything i find that applies to my life or that i think is worth noting (such as things i don’t understand or really just things that stick out to me ) . for the parts that i really don’t understand i use this app called enduring word that breaks down what each section of the Bible is saying . then i have a separate notebook where i take the notes and i write them down and i just overall apply the notes i took to my life the best way i know how , through strength from God ofc:).
Can you please make a video where u don’t have to spend too much money because I am BROKE and u look so rich compared to me….😭😭😭
