Love how you haven’t gone overboard a lovely decent amount of gifts . I used to admittedly go overboard and to me it was about the amount but as you get older you realise it’s not all about that at all
Last year we spent so so much money on our two kids and had a ridiculous amount of toys. This year we are trying to be more conscious and budget better. Love the haul!

So fun! I’m done with my 3 year old boy. Working on my older two boys -age 7 and 10. Love the yoto idea. Need to look into that. I’m also being super intentional this year. I even ordered the matching pjs because I found some on sale. I’m also having surgery early December so this helps me just rest/heal at home with the kids and enjoy movies and baking.

That are cool presents ! I am 28 and my mum kept all my baby stuff even tho I tell her I don't want any kids she says keep them until you are 40 , but you can never know, so maybe its better to keep a few things
I think the Yoto is really cool we ended up going with hey Toni box my daughter last Christmas and it was such a great head I ended up happening to get another one for my boys to children it's a very similar idea only into the card being a pretty weird but they're like in such a good place to figures as well.. I know what you mean with making everything but it actually made the process super enjoyable for me. Thank you for sharing and I hope you have a blessed holiday

I'm done shopping for for 10 year old son. He's getting a gaming desk and chair, a gaming steering wheel and jurassic world lego. Its all hidden in the loft ! Just need to start on my 15 year old daughter. She likes Harry potter so get her stuff related to that and clothes

You will love the magnatiles!!!! We started buying my now 13 year old some when she was little and kept adding to our collection for birthdays and Christmas. All my kids have played with them for years and they are still going strong with absolutely zero issues!!
I need to go through the cupboard and find out what I already have and what I still need to get, I usually buy a few things through the year if I see them (for stocking stuffers than main gifts !) but last year she had LOADS of sylvanians families and now she barely touches them , I’m pretty keen this year to get more practical gifts than toys like things for when we camp over the summer or books and activities she can get use out of. She goes through phases so rapidly that something she’s obsessed with one week is completely rejected a few months down the road and it all costs so much

Question If your baby is seven months old why on earth are you worrying about pumping milk he absolutely doesn’t need and is getting nothing of nutritional value from?
A baby can’t have whole milk till they are a year old. So they have a choice breast milk or formula. If she is able to pump and avoid having the pay the expense for formula then that is amazing. I had to quit at 6 months because my supply dropped and had to supplement formula. She is feeding her baby. The nutrition is actually huge in both so you are very incorrect. Quit shaming on someone for providing for their baby.
There’s actually a lot of nutritional value in breast milk. She is feeding her baby… Whether that’s through formula, breast milk, baby food, or a mixture of all 3. What matters is that he is fed. (Also, they need either breast milk or formula until they’re a year old typically, so I’m quite confused by your comment.) Please be kind, especially when speaking to someone on the internet you don’t know anything about.

Also Chelsea, good you for prioritizing your expensive phone and car repairs which can be done by yourself if you put the work into it and you can have less expensive phones. Everyone’s different and sometimes people figure how to prioritize their children and their happiness over their own. Or work for two jobs like myself.
