I literally just got my box of 2 tangs and a regal angelfish from biota! Received at noon here in Houston, Acclimating them now! Good luck with your new fish!

Do you have any experience ordering from liveaquaria?

I ordered from them years ago before they were bought out. I don’t really know anything about them now that they are under new ownership. Sorry I can’t help.

@@mr.reefsafe9186thanks for your reply. Have you had any bad experiences with biota? Do you plan to quarantine the fish beyond the acclimation?

I personally have never had a problem with biota fish. I have also never quarantined a biota fish.
IMIO (in my inflated opinion) they don’t need to be. Biota is not going to raise fish on a system that will have parasites or disease. IF IF IF I were to get a biota fish from a 3rd party I would definitely quarantine it.
