If the memory card is full can it affect the camera from viewing
No. The camera still gives you live views without a subscription/SD card. It simply doesn’t store anything.
The thing won’t connect wirelessly or wired to my network. It fails during the “detect network security config” and during the wireless detection every time. I’m sure they’re on the same 2.4ghz network. The lights are indicating proper working order.
What is TLS encryption?
Unable to open its memory card slot. Screw remove but plastic unable to come outside
Oh dear! Maybe wedge an old credit card under the cover to pry it open? Or something thinner but that won’t damage the hardware.
What you’ve shown is a sideways installation instead, can it be fixed under the roof?

To respond to your comment, the reason we used the wall anchors is because they came with the packaging and were part of the installation process. We wanted to give a full step by step process to installing and securing your camera. The anchors may not have been needed but added extra strength to this particular camera when installing it vs the 2nd camera we installed around the back of the property. All in all, you can install the camera how it best suits you, but we recommend using all the necessary parts during installation.

@@boogieman3498You don’t need rawl plugs for wood. As screws can’t slip out of wood, but anchors can. They are for masonry not wood.
How to instal the sim card
We made this mistake. The SD card goes into the camera. There’s a plastic cover at the back of the camera with two screws. That’s your SD card slot. Make sure it’s in there before you mount the camera. Also download the app before mounting and scan the QR code printed on the camera. My brother forgot to scan it and after finishing the job, had to get his ladders off the van again and climb up scan the code. Not fun when you’re dog tired 😣
Thanks for the video. Can I power on this camera from POE switch? Do I need to use POE splitter? Unfortunately there isn't any AC socket near by.

As of the moment, we control 2 camera but think there is a possibility of controlling 4 or more cameras. We hope this helps you
Is there a manual or RUclips video to show how to use all the features?
Hi. I’m so not tech savvy and I am able to understand and use all the features. My brother installed the camera and I installed the app and set up. Was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. And I don’t normally do well with instructions. That should tell you how easy this is to use. I love it.
How long is the power supply
The power supply was around 6-8 feet, we ran the power supply to the inside and commented them to an extension cord. Hope this helps.

It’s just a plug with a thin lead that snaps into one of the leads coming out of the camera.
Does this camera record 24/7 and can the cable be detached anywhere so that it can be feeded through a wall
Yes and yes.
Hi, how much is the power cable length?
Long enough. It’s the two cables that, one the power cable attaches to, and one the ethernet cable that are too short. Mine just made it through the wall.
PS. You don’t need to use Ethernet cable. It works wirelessly and connects to your WiFi.
