Funny how they continue sending gifts to influencers who'd always have nice things to say about their products, but wont respond or even read messages from customers who PURCHASE their products , and have terrible skin rashes on face becuase of their products. Wont respond to DM's, wont read respond to SOS comments - across platforms. I did the purple nose patch test of the porefessional clay mask and it left me with an actual blue-purple nose from the rash the mask gave it. Tried reaching the team, but oh, i guess they only believe in sending goodies to infuencers who'd glorify stuff, and let the actual buyers go to hell!
