I've wanted to start a channel for so long and I think 600 subscribers is pretty hard, mainly because people are more likely to watch and sub more if you already have subscribers. Its just like having sales completed on ebay. If you only have 10 sales people are less likely to see you or even take the chance to shop with you as opposed to the perception you get when having hundreds of sales completed. So props to you. I dig the content, and I can already see how if you keep going with that spark I see here you will be at thousands of subs in no time!
Great video! I might take a few of your methods into action! I normally ship via top loaders. I have an eBay store, and I sell lots of TCG, car parts and other things. One great tip I would say is if you are sending out a non-tracked card (or even tracked, any package), take a photo of the mail as proof of fulfillment. I get people that tell me they “never received” the package, which is possible (I normally give the buyer the benefit of the doubt), I can send them a photo of the letter mail or parcel with proof of postage payment (stamp or valid shipping label). This often makes the buyer feel more secure about their purchase and feel more confident they will eventually receive the package if it’s delayed despite not having tracking. I only send out the photo of the letter mail/parcel if some is asking where their package is or why they have not received it yet. Hope that’s a good tip for you! I love your FaB content, I follow your videos daily! (I am only subscribed to literally 5 or 6 RUclips channels and your one of them!) Keep up the hard work!

Very helpful video! I am selling my collection and have only done first class shipping so far. For first class I do things exactly like you minus the cutting of bubble mailers. I use one penny sleeve, a top loader and then a team sleeve for the card and then use a 5*7 bubble mailer. I wrap the invoice around the sleeves just like you do!This would be for high dollar cards $20+. The envelope method you showed is exactly what I needed! Trying to keep cost down for cheap cards and avoid non-machinable stamps with USPS. Going to try this soon once the big cards are gone!
Is this worth it for every card as a non store owner? As in, the LGS has a card on the buylist for 1/2 to 3/4 it's price, for a 10 dollar card getting the envelope and mailing is probably worth it, but for all of these 30 cent cards is it worth it to sell singles online or just sell them to the store to forgo all of the shipping costs and time? Edit: to be clear, I mean selling the cards in person at the counter.

Watching this video to learn tips for shipping. Sold on ebay but looking to expand to tcg player. Didn't sell on tcg previously because I didn't like that I needed to buy stamps since on ebay you can just buy the cheap usps shipping but there's less traffic on ebay, I feel. Will prolly keep my vintage stuff that is more collectable on ebay but more modern/competitive cards to tcg player where the traffic will benefit them more. What's the PayPal site for shipping? Also, how do you determine how much shipping will be? This is my biggest concern. If you say 3.99 for shipping, but it says it's going from LA to NYC, Wouldn't that cost more? You would end up paying the shipping cost, correct?

To add with shipping in UK its pretty standard that all cards are sent in a top loader in a bubble envelope with buyer paying signed postage. Especially with how post is being with covid atm.

What a coincidence, I just created a TCG account with the intention to sell my common foils. And I also sent you an email asking about the clear packing sleeves with the cardboard bc they should be a lot cheaper than top loader. All of this right before I got on RUclips and saw this video. I send my cards in Hallmark (fitted envelopes) thank you cards w/top loader taped with painters tape. Never had a issue.

all you have to do is buy an envelope and put the card in, USPS handles packages with care so all you need is an envelope

The cardboard only protects the back, would you need to put one in front as well?
