They allow Mahomes & Reid to be conservative w the pass game in September, October, November w rookie & cheap veteran castaway WR's and an older Kelce and save their best plays & peak performance for December & playoffs in January!! Defense is 1st in least points, 1st in QB hits, top 3 in most sacks, 3rd in fewest TD's & 3rd in fewest yards. Defense + Mahomes is the best combination even if it's not as fun to watch for many who want high flying offense MVP Mahomes offense for the entire regular season
