i remember around the early 2000's a school district where i am from got rid of all the old old 70's or 80's crowns and they were the double rear axel ones with the rounded back. sad when they were gone. first off they slowly pulled them from regular school pick up and drop off and then put on field trip use and sports use only then gone. i wish our school district had them but yea they never did :(. they had tons of the first release of the blue bird tc2000 in 1987 and then we had a few of the bluebird international s series and some thomas MPV buses but now all the MPV buses are largely gone and so are the international s series along with the tc2000 buses and now they have a big mixed bag of some ic buses some bluebird buses and some other ones. gaaa i wish they had the damn crown buses oh how i loved those even though we didn't have them and i never rode on em either. good things come to an end to quick :(
My school district has a mix of a lot of buses, they have bluebird visions, Ic buses and international 3800's, old gmc bluebirds and a whole lot more. No Thomas buses though
No they will not! Self driving buses are the ugliest school buses in the world. In fact, Elon Musk should shut down Tesla if he makes self driving school buses in the future.
