You could also look for a freediving course from FII or Performance Freediving to get some safety knowledge. Otherwise you can come to Tobago and I will help you get started. Best regards, Richard

Hello! I want to buy a diving suit, so i have two question. When you wear a diving suit in a cold water like 15-20 °C, at the moment that you get wet ,do you feel the cold water or not? AND what is the recommend diving suit size for this temperature 15-20 °C , size 3/size 4/size 5 ? Please help me . Thanks
Hi Noam, I think a 5mm opencell wetsuit would be your best choice. You will have a very thin layer of water between the suit and your skin, which will remain warm the whole time. I hope this helps
