Sir, the names have mixed cases some are of upper case and some are of lower cases, some are of mixed cases too, when cleaning, shouldn't we select the entire row and use the proper function?
Let me help you my friend, First select the entire row then tap Shift + F3 and press it again and again until the Name is in Sentence case or whatever case you want. 🌸

Done your way..but had to select and remove some rows manually at last after removing colon and curly braces..tried it 3 times same issue

same document in email column, as you know there is no space in between ID, how to delete that space in Email ID
