My Bajan Goddess Princess had to help me through these same feelings. Even at the old age of almost 34 years old, I still have insecurities. I used to have a really nice, fit body and then I got shot and had to have foot operated on. Both of those things made me unable to work out and maintain my physique and now I don't have the same body. My fiance helped me to understand that I can get back to that body if I want to but that I should always love myself. Maria, don't stop loving yourself! You've got a good woman there by your side, take her advice. She is truly one of the rare ones.
