12 golden/regular Oreo cookies
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
2.5 cups whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract/ 3 drops mint essence & 1 tsp green food colouring
16oz punnet fresh strawberries, thickly sliced/ 1 cup mini choc chips

I love this ice cream base. personally saw it on bigger bolder baking. it's so easy, amazingly delicious and works really well without an ice cream machine.
