Thanks for this video! Bought 2 for the top of my car. Best part of this system is the load at the end of the day, and once you get home to unload. On my car, the whistle even with larger part off is ungodly

Hi, can the kayak be placed flat as opposed to on its side? Hvaing taken a closer look, the system looks like its not possible...
Not well...I would say it needs to be on it's side. A narrow kayak could probably do it.
How about an Ocean Kayak 2 person sit on top which has a V hull? Will those fit on lift system? Also, my 2023 Ford Escape has the type of side rail that sits low on roof unlike your side rails. Does Tooenjoy make cross bars for that style? Also, adding to to chaos, are the cross bars Panoramic Roof compatible? You can not use low profile crossbars with a 2023 Ford Escape with a Pano roof because if roof is opened, it will hit underside of crossbars/end of bolts and break or scratch the glass.

BTW. I am happy to say that couple weekends ago.. after over a year off river, bilateral knee surgery and a neck fusion. I was able to run Patton Run and Nantahala Falls upright.. swam a. Wave train trying to dodge another boater. But was very pleased with run ever through it was in a ducky
