I heard this in my car today on XM/Sirius radio and just had to look it up. I bought the song on iTunes and then found this video. I am a sucker for male quartet singing and this group is superb. The message is so moving, the melody so beautiful, and I love the string arrangement. I have shared this with friends.
my twin grandsons were born 14 weeks early...this song really became my strength, I would listen to it when I would leave the hospital after seeing them hooked up to all kinds of machines designed to help them breathe. I listened to it every morning as I would pray for God to touch them and to give them a great day. The boys are now 5 months old by birth, two months by birthday and all I can say is Come And See What Jesus Did! thank you Lord!
My Lord these brothers sound so good. I love this song, because it’s telling the stories and sharing the compassion of the Savior. I heard this the other morning while listening to “Gaithers radio “ program. The lead vocals and the harmonies sounded so good I had to come here to YT to see them minister the song live. They really blessed my soul. Amen 🙏🏾
I cannot express how much I love this song! I love what Jesus has done for me in my life... and He can and will do the same for anyone that comes to Him!
I find the current lineup very enjoyable, and think you're doing a wonderful job, Jeremy. You have a great tenor voice, and I know Mike is happy to have you on board. I love Thomas Nalley and am so grateful that the Lord healed his disability, it's a wonderful testimony. The Lord is on time, every time, so this was in His timing, and you were "meant" to move into that spot. God Bless you for doing so.
+MrsKravitz4u1 Oh it's not my being here that concerns me about this person's comment. There are cruel people out there who either suffer from jealousy or lack of talent themselves. By the way, have we met in person before?
No, we haven't met, I admire your talent and I hate it when the naysayers come out of the corners and eat someone's lunch. I have followed on you tube since you came on with Old Path's and like to listen to your tenor voice. I once chided you about being too dramatic on "Oh What a Saviour" just in a gentle sort of way, but turns out you had a cold.....:)and you were using a lot of hand mothion for emphasis. I love that song and think a lot of people attempt it that shouldn't. Anyway, you did a later version that I loved, so now we're both happy! I love southern gospel music. Jeremy, God Bless you and don't let the naysayers get to you, God has a way of putting people where He wants them, when it's time. Nothing else matters.
@Have_At_IT What a nice Christian attitude you have. You must be very proud of how intelligent you are. Actually, did you expect them to hire all the studio musicians who played on the original and bring them on set with them? Many groups sing to backing tracks. Their harmonies are beautiful and their intonation great.
Amen...It's such a lovely song.
