They had the 3rd toughest schedule of all time as only two teams didn't make the playoffs.

Wasn't the season I expected or wanted, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't entertaining for the most part. And also, Jake deserves to start somewhere else, there's a lot of teams that could use him right now.
Get healthy,fill the holes of weakness and be ready to start the season next year. The Bengals have the right culture and foundation pieces in place,they just have to put it together. Be ready to dominate week 1.

Amazing what can happen when we feed the running backs from under centre. Need to see loads more of this next year when Joey B is fit. It just gives us so many more options on offence.
joey b has never liked going under center he even tlked about it in interviews how he didnt feel as comfortable under center when he tried it in college

So much adversity this year and yet, even when Burrow was out for the year, our team still fought to a 9-8 record by beating some damn good teams. It speaks volumes about Taylor who everyone loves to criticize.

The Bengals played their first string players against the Browns backups to their backups and finally won a division game, if they would have split the games against teams in their own conference they would be in the playoffs. Their window has closed and now the costs cutting begins...

Next season we rule the jungle! Lot of changes coming next season, can’t wait to see what’s next for the team.
Too bad none of them will be the coaching staff. Zac has already said that he doesn't want to make any changes. This coaching staff is largely responsible for us watching the 2023-24 playoffs on the couch.
We gotta get our Defense back working like it was. We aren't the playoffs because our D (Ravens, Browns and Steelers all got top Ds... even Chiefs in a very down year). Let's win in the trenches in 2024. LFG

What a depressing season. From Burrow's injury to DJ Reader's. What felt like our year quickly became lost potential. Chase, Higgins, and Boyd are going to split up. For some odd reason, this feels like the end of an Era

for all the injuries we had this season im good with the winning record,gonna miss the players that dont make next season's roster....draft good and we will be back into championships within a few years, alot of players contracts are up a lot of holes

crappy season? i think having a winning record with our QB injured most of the year and both our top WRs injured some of the season is pretty damn good
@@getbrainseeds Still not good enough due to the huge expectations. Underachieving and underwhelming. Burrow is fragile/made of glass and injury prone. This whole team took steps backwards and there's lot to sort out in order to call them a true championship contender again.
I know things didn’t work out the way we wanted them to this season,but this team fought their asses off to pick each other up and battle all the way down the stretch. It hurts not making the playoffs,because we have represented the AFC North with back to back trips to the AFC Championship game and a trip to the Super Bowl. It just wasn’t our season this year and with so many key injuries down the stretch we couldn’t overcome it. But I know this team and the guys they have in that locker room. They will be back next season and ready to make another historic run at the Super Bowl Championship!

Definitely think with a healthy Burrow, you'd have 4 AFC North teams in the playoffs. All but one had their starting QB in most of the season and all still managed to finish above .500. Best division in the NFL, hands down.

Damn... what could've been. O-line killed our QB and knocked him out for the season, for the 2nd time in his short career. If we don't fix that, we'll never get the Lombardi. Some players will come, some will go... but that line needs to be fixed. Do I want Higgins & TB.. yes but we've got a good core of young WR's that with time in the pocket, Joe can maximize. Fix the line, everything else falls in place.
Line didn't knock Joe out, he fell awkwardly, could have happened on any play. The line was middle of the league, not even close to the worst, but definitely needs improvement
how did the o line kill our QB? he injured his hand by landing on it the wrong way not from the o line, our o line sucked but they were not the cause of burrow's injury

I get it its great we won the last game but it just gets old that the steelers where just awful and somehow they end up in the playoffs. The browns didn't care at all about this game and because of having to pay out big salaries even more players will be gone next year. Lifelong Bengal's fan but this was a big swing and a miss this year.
