Keep the subject to be inspected stable on table and use the focus ring to focus! You don't need to move the subject as holding it in hand can make your life very difficult - especially in the micro world.
Good question. Even tho it's plastic, it feels very durable and I bet would survive a drop on concrete from waist height easily.... maybe even shoulder height. All the lenses are well within its' case too.
Pretty cool! If I had one I'd be out in the garden looking for tiny critters, like those little red mites that are always on stone!
Good idea! Totally forgot about that. It'd be great to check for spider mites, scale, etc. on precious garden trees and plants!
@@LessTalkMoreDelicious can't wait for the video!😁
Intéressante présentation; merci ! :)

If one where to drop this on a concrete ground, how much damage would it take..how durable is it?

Can I use it without my phone? I would like to check hallmarks on jewelry
Yes, it is truly fully analog... the phone-clip is only an accessory.
@@LessTalkMoreDelicious Super. Thank you very much.
Next time tap you're screen where you want it to focus.......... It would have been SO much faster if you just did that
That won’t work because the camera is only seeing what the microscope is focusing on. The camera isn’t the lens that’s out of focus.
