Lawrence is a pretty damn good player. Lets put it in perspective. Lawrence had to suffer through quite possibly the worst coaching regime ever as a rookie. Made playoffs and won a playoff game the following year (including one of the best playoff comeback wins of all time). And he was on track for playoffs again last year until an injury derailed his season. Remember Josh Allen his first 3 years? He was pretty bad. Aaron Rodgers and Jordan Love didnt even play their first 3 years. It generally takes time for qb's to develop and Lawrence is right on schedule. Not saying hes the GOAT or anything, but you could do a hell of a lot worse than a player like him as the centerpiece of your franchise. Not a jags fan either. But you are right about one thing. Nick Wright is a tool lol
I'm not interested in Wilson either. Actually, I think Fields will end up starting over Wilson. He's perfect for what Artie Smith wants to do. I'm not as interested in Hurts either. He's good, idk how good he can be. I agree on the others you have listed. I think I'm interested in Justin Herbert, primarily because of what he has now at the HC in Harbaugh. Harbaugh is the most interesting person/story back in the NFL this year.
He absolutely is, if this team doesn’t finish above .500 They drafted a punter in the 4th round this year. The front office believes this team is ready to win now if they’re willing to use a good draft pick on a punter
I’m going to say this again and again. Great QBs over come bad coaching! Hurts could not! Hurts did not! Every game we won last year was luck, every game we lost was inevitable. Until he realizes he holds the cards he will never be elite. No emotions on the sidelines last year at the end was a slap to the fans. He got paid now he better go after it!

Lol stop. Hurts is by no means a great qb. Hes a decent passer who can run and just so happens to be surrounded by one of the most loaded offenses in football. You dont get a great qb without great coaching. You just dont. Its not a coincidence that Shane Steichen (an actual great coach) leaves and the Eagles offense falls apart. Hurts didnt overcome anything. They were squeaking by week after week and then the bottom fell out once defenses realized Hurts cant beat a simple blitz if his life depended on it. You know what defenses almost never do against actual great quarterbacks? Blitz.
Can we stop saying Hurts outplayed Mahomes because he racked up a bunch of volume stats? We have ways to measure QB performance with context and Mahomes incredible efficiency in that game was much more valuable
