Vertical Tillage Some Options

Seven different high-speed vertical tillage units were onsite for a day of demos. They all have their place. Under these conditions, with heavy trash and slightly wet clay soil conditions, the JD and CaseIH I thought were a little light. It also depends on how much of the trash you want buried vs left exposed.

Several of these are high speed discs, looks like enough soil is worked horizontally that it’s a stretch calling them vertical tillage. Still interesting to see this many implements working on heavy residue.

The first lemken that you showed is not called a gigant, that is the name of the tool carrier. It is a Heliodor, the lighter version of the rubin.

These units were all supplied by the local dealers so there's likely no dealer in the vicinity
