I believe this was Grant's final ATWT appearance. It's a shame that the writers didn't think to have him and Lisa reunite during ATWT's finale in 2010. James Douglas was still alive then, and they could presumably had him appear during the last few episodes to sweep Lisa off on some romantic trip.
Around that time but Graham winton as ep laurance caso recently revealed on the Locher Room with Alan Locher that Graham winton was hired before micheal David morison died to be a temporary Caleb as Micheal David Morrison was suposed to go back to rehab for a third time and died 2 days before he was suposed to go back to rehab. And what's sad is that Doug Matland like a, week or 2 later collapsed and was rushed to the er where they repaired the problem. But while recovering in the hospital had a brain aneurism a, week later and died. Also of note concerning this, episode the lawyer to Gillette Doug Marland had dropped that charecter and storyline in summer 1992. But sudenly Ron is back so even though Doug Matland is still bieng credited what was suposed to be the interim writers were starting to change stuff. Already because I think they were struggling with what to do. And laurance caso told the story about how him and Douglas had fun at the sod awards but then one day when scripts from Douglas failed to show up he called Doug Matlands writing assitant who told him Douglas was, rushed to the hospital and is still recovering and was told his, sister is with Douglas and he was wondering what was going on because Douglas would call him a lot with diferent story ideas.
@@soapunk your welcome unfortunately this was the begining of a real dark time for the show. And the show would not begin to recover until Richard culliton came in around late 1994. And by that time laurance caso got very burnt out so Ken fitts who replaced Ed trach graciosely let him out of his contract early. The recovery on getting the show back on track would continue until felicia minie behr came in and mary Alice dwer dobbin came in as ep in charge of production. After p and g wrongly fired Ken fitts in 1996. And Felicia basically completely screwed up the show beyond anything Doug Marland would have written. And the show never really fully recovered from that despite Chris goutman best efforts during the final years. Now of note the darkest period during the Doug marland years was 1991. Until around July of 1992. With the exception of holdens amnesia storyline which took years to fix. Do to a lot of challenges but unlike Felicia minie behr Douglas always sought to correct things as soon as he realized it needed correcting he really was briliant nit only as a, writer but he was also an excelent directer and producer as, well making life easier on the executive producers themselves. But Douglas liked writing first.
@gabrielstern4992 I watched the interview with Caso and loved it! He spoke alot about my faves. I wonder where Alice Haining is these days. She kind of disappeared after her soap career. Surprised she didn't do more theater.

Better than the tiny cameo Lisa got. She only carried the show for years...
Loved this soap! Great memories
If I'm not mistaken, these scenes were filmed when the cast was still reeling from learning that Michael Morrison had died

@gabrielstern4992 wow! I love hearing the real story all these years later. Thanks for sharing.

It’s been awesome to see some “new” ATWT episodes here … any chance a few from 1994 or 1995 are coming up sometime?!
