Hey Guys! Today's video is all about managing multiple planners every day. These are some tips to help you actually use your planner every single day. If you have additional tips then you can leave them below in the comments!!
Hope you're keeping safe with your family and your house is OK. And don't worry about the videos. They are always great and we understand you've got other priorities right now and things have to fit around that!
Already in bed ready to go to sleep when the notification for the video pops in... what do I do??? Watch it of course!!! Love it!! I hope all of you are safe and sound
I really love your videos. I am learning that planner peace is not about the planner itself but about the system. Your system is very inspiring. I have watched your latests planning tips videos like a thousand times♥️
YES!! 💯 It's about the system! I found a way to juggle 4 planners that I've frankenplanned this year by committing to planning for the week every Sunday (part of the commitment I made to keeping my wellness on track this year!) and updating my at-home Frankenplanned planner at least 2x a week. I also make sure to put my on the go planner on my desk at work everyday and keep it open so I can update it as soon as anything new pops up. Keep it open daily invites me to fill it in!
I hope you’re all safe and sound. I definitely prioritize my planners. My catch all and faith planners are top priority, then the home, budget and so on. It helps me to keep up with what absolutely needs to be done and I can then take the rest as I have the time and energy. And I keep in mind consistency is the goal, not perfection.
Watching this literally made me go to Michaels and buy all of the BIG Happy Planners! And they are all 50% off!! So happy I saw this now and can’t wait to incorporate this into my life! I’m just waiting to get my hands on the hourly planner!
I love this video! I have been trying to operate in one planner system because I like the idea of it - but I didn’t last a month! My brain just automatically processes info in multiple planner format. And YES it is key to define each notebook/planner. What you did here is next level! Genius to slot in the time to check the other planner.
Thank you for sharing your system. I have transitioned to keeping a catch all and it has been a blessing to me. No more double booking and having to move things around not having my other planners in front of me.
Just coming across this video and I'm so grateful I did! Your tips were so helpful, especially the "tracker" suggestion. Thank you so much! Also, I hope you and your loved ones are are safe and well since the storms.
Hey my name is Danielle. I live in New Orleans also. I found you looking for planner ideas. Love your channel. Helping me with budget ideas. My budget is a disaster. And as for as hurricanes, we dodged a big one. PTSD from Katrina. Looking forward to watching more of your channel.
I know right!! And it was the 15 year anniversary! I'm happy we dodged this one...feeling bad for those in Lake Charles though... Thank you so much for watching!! Alaina
@@TheOrganizedMoney I am so happy to see you are okay!! When I was just now listening to your video, my heart sank!! Be safe!! Love your content!! You were one of the first "planner" channels I subscribed to, and I truly enjoy your valuable content! Hugs and prayers to you, your family, and all those who were in the hurricane's path.
I'm praying for you and your family's safety. And great tip for scheduling which planner to go to and i love the tracking and defining planners. I think that's was my downfall with all my planners. I had a ton of redundancy and then fus organized.
Love this! Thank you. Do you have a video about how to construct this? How many pages of each planner do you keep in the one planner so it doesn’t get bulky? How did you go about selecting the planner type (horizontal, hourly, etc). Where did you get your master hard cover? I have all the questions girl!
Great video. As I was listening, I kept thinking of how do i best split the planner information into multiple planners, when do I have too many planners and how do I know that has happened... what are the criteria for splitting things into its own planner. I have a bullet journal and then a few other notebooks for specific purposes. If this makes sense and you have any thoughts and suggestions on this, include it in one of the upcoming videos. Lastly, I hope you and your family stay safe and well as you evacuate. God bless.
Thank you. Yes. In the next video I am discussing how I use my notebook in my planner. I may do another video on the criteria for using a separate planner.
Yes. In my home planner I’m keeping track of personal and family things such as workouts, school things for the kids, meal planning, cleaning schedule, home repairs, etc. 🤗
Tip # 3 for saving your money, start shopping at dollar stores, thirft stores, discount grocery stores and garage sales, its all about buying new and used quality goods.
I just found your channel this morning and have been on a binge of your videos. I am super unorganized so don’t think I will get to this level of detail, but so many helpful tips to use thank you! I’m curious about how long you take setting up your planner weekly? It’ll guessing as you do it more you get faster at it but I feel like in the beginning I might spend a whole day planning & not actually getting anything done 😂😅
Hello, I'm a new subscriber. When I would see video titles about using multiple planners, I thought why in the world would anyone want to tote around three, four or more individual planner books? I just didn't understand the concept until I found your video. Finally, an explanation that makes sense to me, especially keeping it all together in one main planner book. It is basically the same concept as the FIVE SUBJECT NOTEBOOK. For example, subject one would be the "catch-all", subject 2 would be the 'budget", contained all in one notebook. However, I do have a question? Since you are using more than one planner style, how many months at a time do you keep in your planner book?
Hey! I purchased mine from Michaels. But you can also get them from Joanns, hobby lobby, or online from Happy Planner. My cover is a TUL notebook cover that I purchased from Amazon. It’s linked in my Amazon store in the description box
So I am so inspired to start multiple planners! Small business, faith and meals and fitness. But HAPPY PLANNER is completely SOLD OUT of every Big planner. 😩. So maybe a video (with links!) of what we would buy to make our own? The discs, fill pages, etc. I know buying it from Happy Planner gives it all, but is there another source?
I’m new to planners. Can you tell me which type you use for each of your 8 areas? I just have one classic Happy Planner but would like to incorporate a few more. Thanks!

Thanks for the video, it gave me a lot to think about! Stay safe 💕

It takes me about 1 hour to plan in all my planners on a Sunday. And about 15 minutes each morning and evening daily planning
Thanks for the video & be safe ...
I hope you and your family are safe!

Good information.
How did you weather the storm? I just love NOLA. Love your system.
It skipped us. Turned north at the last minute so everything is well in New Orleans....
Thank God. That little town has gone through so much.
Praying for all of you!
Love this video! Where did you purchase this planner? I love your system!
I like how you can add multiple planners in one! - Where is the black one from? That helps keep all of them together
Hey! I purchased mine from Michaels. But you can also get them from Joanns, hobby lobby, or online from Happy Planner.
My cover is a TUL notebook cover that I purchased from Amazon. It’s linked in my Amazon store in the description box
I absolutely love your videos!!! Where can I get the big hourly pages that you use? I can’t seem to find them!!
The new release from Happy Planner is coming on 9/3!!! I can't wait!!!
The Organized Money oh, thank you so much for responding to me!!!!! I’ll be on the lookout!!!!
Hey!! The new release comes out on 9/3!! If you check Amazon, Joann, Hobby Lobby, and Michaels some of them already have the new ones in stock! :)
Also, I noticed from your previous months you switch the home and social media planners. Is this set up more functional for you?
Yes! I felt like they would be better switched and I am loving it that way
I have trouble remembering things, so I couldn't back-plan. But what if I plan as I go? Does that work too? Please stay safe Alaina and Family!
Yes!! That too!! Thank you. I’m actually on my way back home...🤗
Be safe and God bless.
I’m new to planners. Can you tell me which type you use for each of your 8 areas? I just have one classic Happy Planner but would like to incorporate a few more. Thanks!
