I don’t like the blur effect on mine. A subtle scan line with slight glow effect would look closer to an old CRT monitor from the original cabinet. Fortunately, Arcade1Up says they are coming out with firmware updates to allow the effects to be turned on/off - that should please everyone.
That's a cool cabinet. I personally don't like the game selection though. They should've put Galaga instead of Galaxian. Ms Pac Man and Galaga go together like bread and butter.
I got 4 as well! Asteroids brand new traded for some switch games, space invaders new for $100 from a liquidator, pac 40th for my birthday and Ms pac from target. Keep on rockin!
Super Pac man does the same thing to me on the Pac man 40th version. I'm getting Ms. Pac, I wanted both these cabs for the Galaga, and Galaxian as well. My only complaint with these are the quality control. I just picked up Golden Tee, had to remove the plexi and clean the screen and plexiglass. Thanks for the vid.

Costco’s Super Pac-Man cab is awesome. I hear most of the cabs are sold out now. I did see it on their website last time I looked. If you can nab one get it, I’m really impressed with it.
Scalpers are having a field day with the Super Pac-Man cabinet now. And he is right, it hasn't been available on their website for a while now. (Because why make it easy for customers to buy it, when we can all go around like chickens without heads trying to find them in the store instead. Arcade1up logic at work).

Instead of fucking around with people by releasing a bunch of different pac-man cabinets here and there, why not make only 2 or 3 Pac-man Cabinet models. For example: Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-man and/or Super Pac-man, and put inside the same PCB including all pac-man games along with Galaxian, Galaga and Dig Dug. So you can choose the cabinet model you really like. Everyone would be happy. That way you simply choose the one you really like and you get all the pac-man games that exist. But no...instead they are forcing you to buy a Ms Pac-man, 3 different Pac-man cabinets, and a super pac-man cabinet and that way whichever cabinet you choose to buy your always going to be missing something that you really like and the majority of people don't have enough room or money to buy them all no matter what. Your going to tell me that this is business, yes it is. But fuck it, there are so many variations right now that at the end of the day, i won't be buying any one of them and that's it. Might as well use mame. Not mentionning there are bugs in any iteration they do, none of them are done flawlessly. Theres always something wrong with any of them. You say that this is what Ms. Pac-Man looked back in the day ? WRONG ! back in the day we had CRT monitors and it did not look anything like this. They added bilinear filtering on this one, and why ? Why not add scanlines instead this would look a lot more like the original thing. Its not that bad i agree, but i'm still not going to buy this.

Instead of re-re-re-leasing a bunch of Pac-Man games, they should have taken their time and make all games run flawlessly and give us the choice of buying the cabinet we personally want including all the games we love on the same PCB, instead of having to buy a whole bunch of different cabinets that some are having technical issues. Issues that should not exist considering these are 30 + years old games that can run on a toaster. Have them all run correctly as intended first, add some custom options like a good scanline feature that truly looks like a 1982 CRT with a ON/OFF switch mode, and everybody is happy. This is odd considering i bought the Star Wars Cab last year and this one was done flawlessly, including a yoke that was never released in 35 years, while nobody thought would last or work but it is. But they mess up simple games like MS. Pac-man + Super pac-man, its just a shame really.
so silly that some keep buying/collecting all of these arcade1ups (many that have the same games included ie.galaxian, galaga, super pac-man etc...). When all you need is (1) multicade that has 60k+ games on there. Oh I'm sorry, you want that "authentic" cabinet artwork......that's just crazy.

If they ever do a cabinet just like this one that also includes Pac-man, Galaga, and speed hack Ms. Pac-man, I would actually consider buying it.

Super Pac man was always about timing. Its not turn on a dime like PacMan. I would prefer PacPlus on this.
