ONE PIECE: Pirate Warriors 3 | Smoker moveset showcase 「ワンピース 海賊無双3」

This is a video showcasing Smoker's moveset in Pirate Warriors 3. I left out the Special Attacks, since you can easily find those in other videos on RUclips. For the same reason, I only show the moveset itself, and not against actual enemies. Thanks for watching!
His R1 emits smoke from him and puts enemies into the smoke effect, trapping them in the air as they fall slowly.

Mind explaining please? 400 hrs and i still cant get to use some characters due to i feel like they are weak.. such as smoker, Caesar,ivankov,magellan,tashigi,franky,robin,nami and such i know some of them can be strong but i just cant get it.
Also imo Fujitora > wb > shanks...

I cant understand why they dont give Smoker his vice admiral coat but the sunglases.

I don't know either. Maybe they thought that fans preferred him without the coat? His jacket is pretty unique.
