i always tell you this! A player has to have 6 years of mlb service to hit the market even if it says he is in the market your the only one that could offer him a contract unless....... He has enough playing time that you could offer him abbritration. So if he has enough abbritration time(i think its like 3 years of mlb service) and you dont offer him abbritation by the deadline then he becomes a free agent

you do know that if you sign a manager or hitting coach etc. the money you offer them wont go to your available budget so offer them more money if necessary.

for the standing on the right side of schedule, I think u need to set ur ps3 display to 16:9. cuz on 16:9 its there for me but on 4:3 its not
