From perspective, it's hard to understand why Mingyu and other servants weren't punished/sent out for their behaviour here. Also, the episodes when Yingluo is desperately trying to save somebody's life are the most interesting IMO in the whole Drama.
There is a reason, the biggest servant who is near by the leader of one palace (like LiYu, YuHu, ZhenEr), They came from a more noble family than the other servants, that is, from a better family. So their masters won't punish or drive them away unless they make a very big mistake. In addition, these important servants may even have accompanied the ladies as they grew up, that is, from their homes into the imperial palace when they married the emperor. Plus, the queen is one who doesn't blame her servants. And thank you for loving Chinese series❤❤

I understand your point about various degrees of servants... but I would say trying to get the other favourite servant killed by lying about her to the Emperor (after she put her life on the line to save Concubine and her child), should get Mingyu some serious consequences.
