We're experiencing what experts are calling a "strong" El Nino year. El Nino is a weather phenomenon resulting from warmer than usual waters in the Pacific Ocean. Atmospheric / weather conditions are interconnected with ocean currents and temperatures. With a strong El Nino, the effects are more prevalent. It's warmer than usual in the Southwestern parts of the United States while it is colder than usual elsewhere. In this update, I focus on some of the plants that have continued to produce for us during this warmer than usual period. Things like tomatoes, filet beans, peppers, and bitter melon to name a few. ...Despite what my analog led me to believe, it is the 18th of January!
Everything is doing so well. Looks like you're going to have another fantastic garden.
I hope so! Thanks!
Such a great look around! That Roma is rocking on 😊
Thank you, Zule! Isnt the weather lovely? ;D
