I love that Ressie kept his composure, because Mike had zero finesse in the way he asked his questions. There is a way to ask any question that doesn't come across as if you're attempting to attack someone, that's the only way to have someone feel like they're in a safe space to share and be honest.
I’m not mad at Mike for holding Ressie accountable but there is also a way to word things so it’s sounds assertive but not argumentative. There is a fine, very very fine, line between the two and I think Mike missed the mark but I don’t think he was also being intentionally combative at the same time.
I think Mike asked all the questions that the ppl wanted to know. I think his personality type is to put the interviewee in the hot seat and apply the pressure to make them uncomfortable. Now even though I really don't see it for Ressie because I don't like all the drama that surrounds his name, I can say that he answered every question with such poise and he didn't allow the interviewers to see him sweat. He never showed any signs of frustration or attitude. This is my 1st time watching an interview on this channel and I definitely have to watch another interview because I actually like how Mike interviews. Wish all the best of luck

Mike talked entirely too much at times for this interview. If this was a TTB live, PERFECT. As an interview though, there were times when he overspoke Ressie or cut him off. A good interviewer knows how to LISTEN. He even hopped in on Bubz time. Overall, great interview. I like Ressie but I saw the holding back after all the "threats" of dropping information

Mike should be a switch out interviewer, because it’s obvious he has a bias towards certain people based off this interview alone. He definitely feels a way towards ressie and Imani van zap from how he came at the LA branch since mike is based in LA and the unnecessary jabs towards Drecember during this interview were unneeded. YB would be EXCELLENT on the interview panel/ he does what mike does without the malice and actually gets to the core of the person. TTB can ask the messy questions on his own. When you're confident as either one of those signs some ppl really take it as a personal affront and will find any and every reason to dislike you. Their energy they give off is too much and too intense for some ppl. 🤷🏿♀️

If he had reassessed and backed off a bit sooner, Ressie would've given more as he started to with Trap. Despite that the interview was awesome and had hundreds of people wide awake at 1:00 AM at our big ages lol #TTB is everything!

Reesie is a great example of an individual whose self-esteem is too high. What he doesn't realize is saying and or having too high self-esteem actually have low self-esteem. Ppl that have too high self-esteem have issues with maintaining friendships, relationships, work, and do not admit their wrong and or accept accountability. If Reesie doesn't seek therapy he will continue to think he does no wrong and everyone is out to do him wrong.
