    Very interesting, very original kushiyaki. When I saw the kuruma ebi I thought it was going to be boring (I wasn't much impressed by the idea of lotus root chips either, wrecks the balance between moisture and crunch) but then as the meal progressed I was progressively iadmired the creativity. A pea croquette? thin pork wrapped around chives? white asparagus with garlic mayo? And maybe most creative of all, making ochazuke out of a kushiage with okaki instead of bread crumbs--WOW what an idea. The ice cream brûlée also had me wondering, they must have started with super cold ice cream and the absolutely blasted the topping with a torch, must have had ten times the contrast in texture of a normal creme brûlée

    Classic. This is what I loved about vlogs, from how the food is garnished into art (asmr vibe, face it) to presentation and the remaining would just be you eating making me hungry.
