did you get the option scrolls (critical rate, critical damage, etc) to put in your orbs and armour yourself or did you buy them? if so, where did you find the option scrolls or where do they drop ??

Crit rate and amp scroll from previouses event, you can get these from event mostly. I bought weapons with it, i didnt made it.

also where do you get the soul abilities from ?

You can buy Essence Rune Cube in port lux from DP exchange npc, and you can open it randomly, or you can buy soul ability runes from auction house.
