The most useful tips to start the lesson. Especially, asking individual questions from each student helps them to be confident and ready to answer any time. Thanks for informative tips, dear teacher Eric❤❤❤

My students use their native language a lot instead of English when I ask them to do these speaking activities 😢

I'm not sure what the levels of your students are, but I think 2 things are important.
First, give them a foundation to work from. That means that they need the necessary vocabulary and phrases to help them succeed. If they don't have a solid base to work from, then they'll revert to their native language.
Once that is done though, it means that they are too shy or lazy to use English. Then you have to warn them in some way not to use it too much (if at all).
If you see students speaking their native language, write their names on the board with a strike next to it. If they continue, add another strike. After 3, they are out and get punished in some way.
But, try not to make it too negative.
      I hope this helps!

Please help me. I took up a short course. I fill up the information sheet and it says there, year of attendance (from-to) the short course is less than a year and finish on the same year. How to write it correctly? 2021-2021 or just 2021? I hope someone answer my question🙏

Just make it 2021. If it's wrong, someone will let you know. :)
