I wanted to share my late nighttime routine with you all, Im not sure why I was doing this at 3am, but that's okay and I hope that you enjoy this video. Just a tip: always apply oils last! They seal other products in, the ones applied first. Your moisturizer isn’t able to sink in because the oil is making a barrier underneath 😊
It depends on how the oil is formulated. Not all oils should go on last. You should read the label of the skincare products & follow the directions. Most skincare products, your moisturizer is formulated to go on last.

Have you seen your doctor regarding getting 2 periods a month? I'm not sure if this is the first time for you but please keep an eye on it and talk to your doctor ASAP if it happens again. This started happening to me and I made an appointment. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis a month later and have received ongoing treatment for it. It could be Endometriosis or potentially another condition. Take care and I hope you feel better. 💟
