    Road trip in the snow after picking up a new car, the Treg, is always fun. Thanks for sharing.

    Hi there! Wondering what your experience has been with the touareg now that you're 2 years in? Thinking of getting a used diesel but I'm curious about real world ownership/reliability in Canadian climate.

      It has been wonderful. I've had the Diesel update and despite all that business I still love the vehicle.

    Why didn't you just ship it via a car transporter? Much cheaper!

    • @dcretney
      @dcretney  3 года назад +3

      No, likely not cheaper unless you consider opportunity cost lost, but that might be offset by the enjoyment of picking up ones new vehicle and driving it home! Also, trusting someone else to load your new vehicle? No thanks. I doubt many car transporters service where this vehicle was. ciao.

      @@dcretney wrong! ft mcmurray is full of car dealerships so professional car transporters would b going there all the time. Have you ever seen a prof car transporter with an 8 car trailer delivering BRAND NEW cars? they are careful in the extreme! if they scraped and scratched cars they would be OUT of business!
