Another great vid man! Absolutely the made in USA jerseys are far more superior than the made in China jerseys. They last longer, there is more care put in it and it is higher quality, which is what it's supposed to be all about at the end of the day!
I'm glad someone pointed this out. this is why u have the following u do. the Made in USA jersey is superior quality to the current M&N ones. just look at the color and fabric quality differences alone !
It’s the manufacturer department at the end of the day! They are the ones that are passing the quality inspection and the ones that green light them to be shipped and sold to the consumer.
Watched your video a few times. First saw it a few years ago, came back to it just recently. Been wanting an Authentic M&N Houston Oilers jersey for years. Finally pulled the trigger on one today. Went with the 52/XXL made in china one. Can’t wait to get it! I enjoy looking at your videos to see what exactly I’m getting. 💯
Got my jersey today and it’s made in Vietnam. Is heavy and thick, but the numbers aren’t as glossy as yours. I love it! It fits perfect but the sleeves are baggy. Because it’s new they stick out alittle. I bought it from Mitchell and Ness website. So it’s authentic.
Idk mine showed up with a glue stain and the screen printed graphic fell apart first wash on cold…. 😂plus good luck with customer support from m&n don’t do it !
USA Run jerseys stopped around mid 2000s I believe. They switched to Korea, and then Southern Countries I.e. EL Salvador, Mexico, Honduras etc. You can’t find made in USA on m&n current site anymore but they show up every now and then on third party sites. Just be careful because fakes float around still!
I notice the difference with my USA run larry bird and my china made bird. The USA bird Celtics is nylon and has a shape closer to what he wore and the china version is polyester. The game worn bird was nylon just like the early m&n bird
Good eye! The older m&n jerseys typically had a closer fit/look than the current China runs! However, somethings the newer runs produced are more accurate than the older USA m&n stuff (I.e the print pattern on the arm sleeves of the Campbell)
Could be a number of reasons 1. Supply can’t meet the demand. Since m&n has grown exponentially since the early 2000’s, they do not have the resources to utilize the type of craftsmanship that was produced earlier and now since it’s “mass produced” less quality and time is put into their jerseys. 2. Too big of a company to be a mom and pop shop. Now that m&n has sold off their company to Juggernaut Capital Partners you don’t have a central person like Peter Capolino (Former CEO) of m&n to oversee the production of their jerseys anymore. 3. They just don’t care anymore lol
@@REZRECTION I think you hit the nail on the head with all three. I imagine that if the die hards started to complain about it they would have to make corrections. I imagine it's like a lot of businesses they start out really high quality with great attention to detail then once they make a ton of money they start altering the product and charging the same or even more for the inferior product.
@@gsteve8198 couldn’t agree with you more. Many businesses practices that conduct their business this way is very common. Footwear companies like Nike are notorious for doing this.
since im from the third world, 75% of our collections here are either replica, or custom made vinyl cut heated press on a replica and or fake base Jersey, i have been following you in kingz of throwback and most of them guys there, yall collections is my inspiration, that someday i could have at least own like 25% of what u have
yes sir! been there for a while now 😁 and we talked in comment section one time, i dont know if u remember that, the one who asked you if you are a filipino
The China version currently is more accurate to what Campbell and the oilers wore that time. However, as mentioned in the video, the quality of the USA version far exceeds the China version by miles.

not saying there isn't quality that comes out of asia, though. since jordans and other items come from there and no one is complaining about that! lol

Glad I found this. Just bought some XL made in China mitch&ness and the XL fits me like an L. Next time I will get the XXL
Anytime! Glad this video will help you get the correct size moving forward!

@@williamfranklin713 right on! Made in Vietnam jerseys are super thick compared to the USA and China counterparts but are authentic. Glad you got one!
Love your video man, glad I found your channel!
Appreciate you Jim!!! Glad you found my channel 🙌🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Yes I will also side with you and choose the made in USA version, simply because of the way the numbers look
Fantastic choice! 👌🏽 They’re definitely superb quality!
Any thoughts on the Mitchell & Ness NFL Legacy jerseys? I'm thinking of buying one but I don't know anything about it.
Legacy’s are much better than the nba swingman line! They’re actually singled stitched and more true to size. Own a couple myself

Great stuff Rez

The USA jersey it's much better. Buy American products.
Glad I saw this video. Made me not want the China version.
Glad I could help you make the right choice! 🙏🏽👌🏽 thanks for stopping by!
I have a football jersey I need tailored, the length and the width seem ok.. it’s just the length of the sleeves, they come down to my elbows
Check out my other video I did on tailoring one of my jerseys. You might find it to be helpful!
Yeah, I have a tailor here , he said bring it in, he does sports jerseys
When did Mitchell and ness stop making USA made jerseys? I only see made in China. Any chance I can get US made these days?

I'm 5'10 and weigh 230, would a size 44 of the China fit me ??
the made in u.s.a print silk screen and pressed, the china run looks diff a vinyl cut
Yeah, I’m not too fond of the transfer on the China version. Almost looks like I can peel it off 🙄

How do I authenticate my New York Giants Mitchell & Ness jacket
I never seen any fake m&n jackets before but, check out my other video to get an idea!

Thank you 🙏🏽 🤙🏽
How can I order this one
You can get the Made in China version on the Mitchell & Ness website rn. The USA version, is no longer in production though.
And where are the tags on your US jersey?
It’s on the neckline of the jersey.
Random question, what if it says made in Korea ?
Possibly legit! Korea is one of the main country’s that made m&n jerseys at one point
@@REZRECTION ok, thanks so much bro . I feel better now lol
All the ones from China,Korea,Vietnam. Are all Knockoffs
the china run is closer to what they actually wore
Yes, I’m aware. I wish they kept the quality of USA on the newer China runs. 🙏🏽
So you're telling the me made in China Mitchell and Ness's are real?..
How is it authentic?...
Newer M&N authentics are now made in China. At the time, earlier m&n authentics from early 2000’s were not legit.
Bro I sell em.. I buy from China, they are ALL KNOCKOFFS FROM CHINA.If ur not paying $300 it's fake💯
