    18:10 no one ever taught me that with a pushup, you're supposed to use your chest to flex yourself upwards. I've been using my shoulders to spring myself up.

      Focus on the squeeze on the way up and the essentric (the negative) on the way down. 🙌
      Don’t focus on how many reps you can do with the push-ups . Focus on the quality of the rep.

    You look waaaaaaay better now! I know its hard to lose Mass and get smaller when you bodybuild. I lost alot of muscle after a motorcycle accident, so my body dysmorphia went crazy. But trust me, your looking insanely good. Great hunk of a man ❤ love your content brother

    Seth thank you for all of the great and amazing videos. I use your points and videos as motivation. I am 56 and got some bad-ish health news the other day in that I have a significant blockage in one of my arteries. Do you have any points regarding training before and for recovery after any medical procedures? Thanks again and keep it up. BTW, you are not light and fluffy :)

    I have learned over time that in a normal gym pre planning is near impossible. You should always have a substitute plan or exercise for everything in the back of your mind. Any one of those exercises at any time can have a line of people or even the machine be broken randomly when you go in. Immediately when you finish your last set of an exercise look to your next one. If something is in the way have an immediate thought of a substitute and don't let it mind fuck your entire workout. I used to write everything out then all the sudden people randomly were training the same damn body part as me. Even when I changed my rotation it's like those fuckers changed it right along with me. Always have a back up plan

      That's why I do a mish-mash of body parts on any given day. I can switch the order based on busy machines and it'll have zero difference on performance when I get to the other lift

    Do you do Seth-sets at all? I live by them - high intensity - full rest between sets - focus on rom and mmc. A tri-set of seth-sets can take 45 mins. No plateaus given no injury.

    Seth, if you were to plan a schedule for your functional and hypertrophy days what would your plan look like in terms of a 2-2-3 work week? 2 on, 2off, 3 on.. then the next week 2 off, 2 on, 3 off? Each work day on is 12hrs so ill be totally skipping the gym to eat sleep and recover as much as possible after work on those days. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated
