I already signed up for this. After seeing the medals I just couldn't resist. I'd already been doing the Conqueror's challenge for a couple of months and got myself four medals, but this was too good to pass up. Still on the first challenge, completed 55 out of the 145 miles for the Shire. Could've done with a group but wanted to earn it myself you know?
Hey brother, just subscribed today. I was budgeting for a sweet LEGO set when my wife showed me this awesome challenge. I won't get too deep into it, but I was diagnosed with Asthma a couple months ago, in my LATE 20's!! So I'm on steroids which make me gain weight currently so I've been struggling to lose weight that I have gained. As soon as I read the website, I bought the $200 deal because I know that it'll be the sweet goal I need to help me move more. Excited to go on this journey.
I totally understand that man. I have had Asthma my whole life, If possible once you have it under control with your DR help try to do less of the Steroids(though it is a miracle when you can't breathe haha), and maybe just try a daily inhaler. I also have a daily inhaler that has a very small amount of steroids and I do understand it does not help weight control. Yes, This is a great way to get in shape! Or at least help you want to get out and walk haha. I 100% understand the line you are walking trying to help your lungs and at the same time that in turn makes it hard to get out and do stuff because if your lungs are not working hard to do anything else... lol I know all to much... I believe you get the shire pendant with ring as well as you get some credits to get a T shirt or Sweater. Sweater you have to pay like 10$ more. So basically it's 50$. They explain it well at the bottom of there internet page.
Hey did you started a new Fellowship? I finished The Shire and The Fellowship but once I started Mines of Moria it says that your Fellowship hasn’t started it yet :/
Ya, no worries. I removed it. Apparently there system is a bit glitchie. What happened was it finished my event. So I talk to them and they said just remove fellowship so I do. So I guess you can't be in same fellowship with outout adding your distances. So we can still let each other know our accomplishments! In my community tab in youtube. Now we know at least haha. I will catch up !

I’m an avid cyclist so I just manually put the distances from the past few months to get the medals 😁😁 at least I was able to complete the first two with your fellowship :)
Aren’t they awesome. I’m doing the challenge with my kid right now. She’s loving the story modes and postcards and looking forward to the first one landing in my mailbox. Have a ball if you decide to do it. 👍🏻

You eat 5 of there "meal snacks " and make one lean and green (meat and vegetables) in the day. Drink lots of water. You eat every 2 and a half hours to 3 hours in your day. This gives your body the perfect amount of food it needs so therefore it says "oh I don't need this extra fat" and best part is I lost no muscle mass. Only fat. It was designed by a DR. You can use it as a diet but really it's a good lifestyle to keep losing and maintain a healthy weight. They explain everything as you go and will show you how to transition from weight lose vs of it to just normal maintaining weight. It's really good. I believe they recommend you have a coach from the program that you do have to go through. But the coach is free and really dose help you stay on track. Hope that helped a bit. I might make a little video on it for those who are wondering.
Ok, hint hint, if you want to do that. You could possibly just manually put in thr distance you went. And then finish. I'm going to do it the real way obviously. For good workout goals. But I bet you could do that if you wanted to.
The Problem with Keto is, that most people who claim to eat Keto diet aren't actually doing it correctly. A real Keto diet involves lots and lots of calculating. It is also a way to help people with certain kinds of epilepsy. All this (i am sorry) bs and uninformed talk here in YT about Keto is really annoying
True. I believe I said thay on video that many Don't do it right. I am informed on it well. I know alot about it. Many friends do it very successfully (keto). Optiva worked better for me. Both problems are similar. I said it in video.
