I'm happy with mine but anyone considering one make sure to note that it's sitting on a table in this video. It's easy to miss. It only telescopes up to around 5' which is pretty standard for the price point. I also found the clips to be useless in keeping garments taught since they slide back and forth way too easily. The weight of a pair of slacks will draw them together which is really annoying. My solution for both is to use an over the door coat hanger so I don't have to slouch and it's pretty sturdy. I only use the stand if I'm steaming my jackets. But as far as steam and attachments, they work great. Heats up quick and works like a charm.

The steamer is cumbersome. The hose doesn't move freely and the inner
core is cardboard so if you don't keep it up high enough to prevent any
kinks, it will cause the steam to collect and soak the cardboard in that
area, thus the hose breaks. I had this happen to me when I was using
it to steam the dust ruffle on my bed. I had the hose strung across the
floor instead of hanging from the valet. The small area where the hose
made a 90-degree angle created a kink, causing the inner core of the
hose to actually disintegrate and the outer covering to appear melted. I
had to pay over $30 for a replacement hose. Also, you can't move the
steamer easily. I used it to steam my curtains on the windows, which
worked nicely except for the fact that it was impossible to move it
across my carpeting. Instead, I had to shut it off in between each
panel so I could lift it and reposition the whole thing and then turn it
back on. Also, the top piece sits precariously instead of being a
study connection to the telescoping pole. Unless you have extremely
tiny hands to fit inside the valet opening, the plastic clips are
difficult to access and slide back and forth. There have to be better
    designs than this.

Wanted to see how to use. The Instructions don't show well enough how to attach the crease attachment.

I used this very same steamer today to try and work out some wrinkles.... This steamer is absolute garbage... I'd seen so many demonstrations on shirts magically becoming wringle free.. its BS.. does not work on cotton, works great on linen, but how many of us own that many linen clothing items? Save your money, buy a regular iron..

Save your money. Its not a simple as shown here, it wont get out heavy wrinkles, you can do it far quicker with an iron. and the garment comes out damp. maybe it could work as a window cleaner, its a waste of money.

But I want to see how to use this thing. It really is not a good replacement of the normal steam iron with an ironing board. Don't buy this.
