Mics: Shure - PG52 on Kick, SM58 beta on Snare, PG56's on Toms, SE Electronics SE1a's on Overheads.
Audio: Zoom LiveTrak L-12, 1010music blackbox, Shure in-ear monitors. DAW - Logic Studio.

Around 1:12 you play a double rim click, Dan, at least I think that's what it is. Or is it a cross sticking triplet? It doesn't originate/conclude with a bass drum beat or in the cymbal pattern to make it a triplet, it's standalone. Copeland didn't do that in the studio, though I've not listened to any live versions yet. I may have heard Gadd, Bozzio, Carlock or Bernard play something like that, but hearing it and not seeing it simply did not register. I believe it improves what Copeland recorded. I know you recorded it over half a year ago and may not even remember it doing it millions of drum notes later, but could you elaborate or demystify it please? Thanks in advance.
It's a Kick-Stick-Kick triplet. You're correct in that it's not quite what SC did on the recording.

At 2:19 we hear a rimshot, but i can not see it beeing played…..🤔
It's an editing mistake. I usually record multiple takes and use the best bits.
