Ladybug said in the first part of the season finale that he will always be her favorite. But than he told the dog miraculous that 'she knew he truly was the best one out of them all'. And Cat heared that. That was the last time we ever saw Cat having feelings for Ladybug. And also, in Rocketear Cat said that "Everyone has doubts sometimes. Even me." Like, he had started doubting his feelings for her in that episode. In that episode even Shadowmoth said: "Love and secrets don't mix together, Ladybug. And I'm sure you have many of them." Maybe Shawmoth felt Cat Noir's emotions? The very same episode that Cat found out about Ladybug's lies was the very same day Marinette listened and helped out Adrien with his problems. Which Ladybug always refuses to do. She even refuses to talk to him while he is hurt. But Mari is always there for him while LB is ignorant. Marinette treats Adrien the way how LB use to treat him in the first seasons; Respect and kindness.
