@@UpiRamaselwanaIt might be crazy to say but it's only a reflection of the club of the past 10~20 years. Abramovich was very reactionary and easily replace managers and players alike. And also biase at the same time like the time when he bought Torres and didn't work. Torres was still insisted to be played for the managers instead of trying to find different solutions for the squad.
It can still be seen the same with the new owner although with some big differences of the players profile they are looking for. I do think the new owner are learning very fast on how to be successful with their ideas but they do need to see a return of investment soon and that's why I think they chose Maresca and ask him to bring his "Pep/ possession way" of playing that statistically has been proven to work and the target is to reach Champions league again and win cup games for this season. And Maresca would be a safe manager to bet on that.

I think even Jose a lot of the times he still filtered his answers and just give out ethical answers that's not really picture the real situation. But sometimes he goes into emotional state and say something that is real and crazy.
With Maresca he is way more open and only a few times he filtered it out a bit with ethical answes.

if he doesn't watch it, he'll be shown the door before xmas! look what happened to Tuchel. the new arrogant owners don't like to see adverse opinions of how the club is run, let alone a new coach. remains to be seen if he really has the final say in transfers/signings. if he can scramble a few wins the next 5 games, then his voice might be bigger, but be prepared if our so called ST continue to miss chance after chance scoring. right now both newcomer Guiu & Jackson are erratic and not clinical in front of goal!

As a Liverpoo fan, i like Maresca. He speaks honestly and open. Players (some) earn huge money, even 70k-100k a week, its a week. Its not a month. Can you imagine earning that a month...????
The normal guy on the street earns £1,000 - £2,500 a month.
How thing's spiral out of control, is when you keep giving player's huge salary contracts, again as they hit 30/31/ 32 years old.
Unless, they are Mo Salah, or Allison quality. We should never have let Mane go, his goals were huge contribution.
No one at Chelsea, is that there level. Not even Raheem Stirling, his best day's were at Liverpool, and City. Now, its time to move him on.
    Take the message, fresh start.

And when they all initially start, they get criticised until they start winning or showing signs of progress and get fans onside. No manager however legendary started with everyone onside. Even Pep got criticised by the media early on cos he was apparently too stubborn to adapt for the premier league but look at him now

Prior to Claudio, we often struggled to get results against the big sides, especially Arsenal. Claudio changed that despite a lack of trophies, and brought a new level of discipline to the squad. He was the bridge between the old-school Chelsea of player managers and cup wins to the new Chelsea fighting for leagues under Roman with elite managers. Indeed, Claudio finishing in the UCL spots is what got Roman to buy the club - a big win right there.

He has a plan and if he is calling out mudryk who's a board signing and much maligned by fans who hate clearlake and boehly it's clear he isn't a yes man . Sterling is naive when he thought he could gaslight his way around getting paid 325k/wk. Maresca is not stupid! serves him right at being told off to train w/ the bomb squad!

He reminds me of Contè when he just got here, just back him, players who thinks he's to straight forward, then leave, because he came to win.

Im actually loving enzo maresca i like toughness. I like Lions but if your going to be a lion during press conferences but then during football matches you end up being a kitten if you understand what i mean. It needs to translate on the pitch, if we get osihmen which i still think we won't then thats a big step for these owners. I will say it again this needs to translate to the pitch

Play or dun play, those players got a contract with the club. even if they dun play, the club will need to pay them full wages,
Its not any of the players fault we are in this situation.
its the board or club fault, we are badly run

respect and support is earned and not given in the plate, maybe at Leicester yes but we have already suffered a lot, forcefully the club being sold and made us a scapegoat by politicians and then a stupid owner with no knowledge and passion for the football is running the show as he likes to do and now we have a coach with a blank CV (championship achievements counts if he was in a championship but he is not). From Champions League winner to a mid to lower table club, in few years, it hurts ... if we cant beat a conference league team anymore easily with the margin of at least 4 or 5 goals then it hurts, also speaking like pep doesn't make him good as him, so first he needs to perform and at least win conference league and finish top 4 and then expect the backing and respect from fans, same goes to the Todd Boehly and co as well.

Ah it all makes sense. This season was never going to be about ‘the project’ or football, it was going to be about needing a human poop scooper to clean up the financial chaos Boehly left. No top manager would speak about individual professional players the way this nobody has. Obvious now why Poch left.
