I believe some of his friends on the force probably called him and told him about the warrant. He waited until the first day of filming to turn himself in with the kids in the car. It was all orchestrated.
One last point I wanted to make: IMO, Nell has never been a true friend of Melody because she's too male identified and she has consistently said (in so many words) to Melody Shari to take Martell back and reconcile with him, like she did with Chris. Truthfully we don't know if Chris really made a 180 in his past cheater ways but what we do know, Martell hasn't & wasn't planning on doing so because he wholeheartedly feels Melody should be his brood mare financially, emotionally and physically with accepting what he seen Marsau & Maurice do to their wives.
Martell is the master of his actions. He chose to destroy his family and marriage. We can’t really blame his associations beMartell could’ve made a conscious choice to resist temptation…change his friend group…keep his behind at home.

The whole cast is biased because they dislike Mel. Their disdain for Mel is stronger than any Moral conviction they have for what is right and wrong. He was disrespectful to her at her house, i cant believe she was making excuses for having him locked up for his behavior. She missed the point, i wish she would have put herself in mel place and empathize with her feelings. Also martel mom she didn't get it. What will those kids think when they look back at this?. Montell father & brother is in prison. She identifies with whom she chooses for themselves. They also have a counselor on the TV and he refused to discuss & except anything that was said. First episode was really good! Excited for this season. Wishing the women would support each other more this season but the mess has already started! Really disappointed that they passing judgement on Mel for filing a report. But also his mom not being the voice of reasoning. Seems like she just went with what he said about the arrest. Great convo my loves! ❤
I think the other thing is the cast needs to understand that not all the people who dislike them are melometers some people just dislike them and it is what it is. They need to shine their own lights and stop expecting Mel to dim hers so she they can shine. If they focussed on their own journeys and stopped focusing on trying to paint Mel in a negative light I think they’d get more support but they are so blinded by hate and jealousy they can’t help themselves.
Marlene will never make Martell take accountibilty for things he has done , Marlene and Martell have a traditional relationship,she would do things including lie for him,he makes her feel bad if she doesn't take his side,all this was for the money he was giving her,Martell father was jail and he's out but they don't have a relationship.Marlene has not made Martell or Montez take on responsibility,thats why the other son is in jail, Marlene became proud of Martell when he married Melody ,and they worked made money and they were taking care of her,in season two when she found out about Martell cheating Marlene broke down crying ,she told Martell he was just like his father,things changed when Martell realized Melody wasn't taking him back ,so he sat out to try and destroy Melody telling Marlene thats she needs to be on his side even if he's wrong,so that's what Marlene does .
Martel’s father was incarcerated for a # of years, but being released he still was not around. They did do a scene but Martell is so bitter that he was not around and was not receptive.
Nobody is speaking about right after Martell is arrested for (RP). He then turns around and dox his children and their mother. Which also is a crime against his ex wife and kids.😢😢😢😢😢So many families have been harmed for even less. The fact it’s being televised is heartbreaking 💔
When you do your research on narcissist you learn time and time again that THEY DO NOT CHANGE. They are the reprobate that even God dont have anything to do with so why should we . Those of us that love the Lord and are called according to his name .
Martell would need to actually admit my life, Melody, my children has changed based on my action. He does not want to do that because in his mindset will not allow that. He thinks wrongness has to be shared between the two, not just the one. And life is about him winning & blaming. He is a case study for sure. And Dr Francis predicted this would happen when he was the therapist on the show. And it has come to pass.
Martell is not only bitter, he is petty, juvinile, lack self respect, respect for others, lacks maturity, growth, basics life skills and self reflection. He doesn't seem to realize that he is responsible for his actions and folks are going to hold him accountable.
Sunni did call Destiny and tell her that she and Moses were becoming a thing. Destiny said that she hung up on her and blocked her. So, Sunni did her due diligence. Moses did not reach out and have the conversation that he needed to have with Destiny. In my opinion, although the optics of this whole thing are pretty bad. Moses and Sunni had every right to do their thing.

First episode was really good! Excited for this season. Wishing the women would support each other more this season but the mess has already started! Really disappointed that they passing judgement on Mel for filing a report. But also his mom not being the voice of reasoning. Seems like she just went with what he said about the arrest. I think the other thing is the cast needs to understand that not all the people who dislike them are melometers some people just dislike them and it is what it is. They need to shine their own lights and stop expecting Mel to dim hers so she they can shine. If they focussed on their own journeys and stopped focusing on trying to paint Mel in a negative light I think they’d get more support but they are so blinded by hate and jealousy they can’t help themselves.

Marlene will never make Martell take accountibilty for things he has done , Marlene and Martell have a traditional relationship,she would do things including lie for him,he makes her feel bad if she doesn't take his side,all this was for the money he was giving her,Martell father was jail and he's out but they don't have a relationship.Marlene has not made Martell or Montez take on responsibility,thats why the other son is in jail, Marlene became proud of Martell when he married Melody ,and they worked made money and they were taking care of her,in season two when she found out about Martell cheating Marlene broke down crying ,she told Martell he was just like his father,things changed when Martell realized Melody wasn't taking him back ,so he sat out to try and destroy Melody telling Marlene thats she needs to be on his side even if he's wrong,so that's what Marlene does .

Martel’s father was incarcerated for a # of years, but being released he still was not around. They did do a scene but Martell is so bitter that he was not around and was not receptive.

Martell would need to actually admit my life, Melody, my children has changed based on my action. He does not want to do that because in his mindset will not allow that. He thinks wrongness has to be shared between the two, not just the one. And life is about him winning & blaming. He is a case study for sure. And Dr Francis predicted this would happen when he was the therapist on the show. And it has come to pass.

Marlene failed Martell. Martell is a classic example of what happens when you don't teach your child/children consequences for their actions. Marlene even now is taking Martell's side instead of holding him accountable and telling him he's wrong for what he's doing. Well since Marlene didn't teach him then let the law do it.
