I have Epson. EF 11 , I buy it because the pandemia beguns. But It feels like this Epson EF 12 is the same but with the only diference than Yamaha speaker is on top of the proyector. Så maybe I can wait some years, to buy another proyector.

How do I get my pa5 to work it keeps saying it’s not Supported?
I love this projector. Unfortunately when I bought this, it did not include the mounting plate but did supply an empty box for it. This projector is almost perfect except for the brightness of the total black area if the keystone is adjusted. If the black was blacker then it would literally be perfect.
@Sigedno Kastaneer not about the screen, being portable, if keystone is adjusted at all the non image areas remain bright enough to be a distraction.
On the other hand the image area is awesome.
yeah mine came with an empty box also and i took it back..they opened up another one and the same thing so idk i just left a bit sad but oh well i guess
It's only 1000 lumens though. Kinda disappointing. Wish it was at least 2700 lumens.
Here's the thing.. with ANY projector you want to enjoy them in a low light room, because even in a bright room with a powerful projector you'll get washed out blacks no matter how bright the lamp. So with that in mind a 2700 lumen projector would be way too bright.

It has screen zooming and keystone adjustment
Mine adjust perfectly to my 100’ screen, just have to adjust the projector distance well so corners can adjust to exact corners. Picture and colors are amazing.

It's pretty good for its size. I didn't really use it at day time. When I did I had to draw the curtains...but I guess that applies to all projectors. Short answer is...it's no bad

I think this is the future of screen tech. However having the box in the middle of the room is a no go for daily use. I will pass until they figure out the technology more. In a couple years it will be projecting 150 inch at 4k mounted under the screen. And With better interface.
I just bought it.. it has multiple adjustments. Vertical and Horizontal Keystone AND an 8 point manual adjustment. Mine is at the side of the room. I would recommend the Vava Chroma if you're looking for an ultra short throw projector that is 4k, 3 lasers and sits about 15" from the wall.
I think you can mount it to the ceiling chief. Just make sure you hit a stud.
150" protection size while close to the wall technology already exists. There are plenty of ultra short throw projectors capable of 150" that can be a mere 2 feet from the wall. They are the next tier in cost but are plentiful.
The Epson LS300 ultra short throw is capable at $2,000 US dollars. They go up in cost from there.

It’s currently sold out on Epson web site, I selected to be notified when it’s back in stock. Patently waiting for a response from them.
@@dailydistruction i lost my controller 3 months after this comment, its been 7 months later and i barely was able to get my controller from them, too late since i got one from ebay 3 months ago . Epson needs to step it up . This is why sometimes it pays off to make parts in america, might cost a bit more but sell them for more too , id still buy it if i need it.

How playstation 5 looks on the Epson 12 projector
It'll look great but there will definitely be some input lag. I connected a Switch to it and there was a pretty big delay between button presses. Turning off some of the processing features did help out a bit though. Hope they add a gaming mode to it at some point.
@@GIJosep EF-11 doesn't have the huge input lag (50ms for the EF-11, 120ms for the EF-12)

It looks interesting but 1000 lumens is not enough for me, I work in very bright classrooms.
You would be surprised how bright it is. I thought the same but this 1k lumen can over power my 3200 lumen projector easily. Even with lights on and sun coming through the window I can still see it.
My room is small like most people walk in closet 🙄 maybe more then enough.

You could connect over BT. I’m assuming you could use a time delay to compensate for an audio lag

I did come across a Pico projector a while back called the touch jet pond. That's the only thing that springs to mind. All though if you can find a portable power band that can handle the Epson...do that

Just bought it on Amazon, but when put in an angle to project onto the ceiling, it freezes. Then it even takes several minutes to turn it off. Next, when put on again flat on a table, it first projects lines, totally broken image... Should I return it? After a while, it functions again, but only flat on a table... The attached photo is of the projector projecting onto my white closet doors. I still have not messed with the settings but I can't wait for our first family movie night on a larger scale. If you have issues with volume not working with your firestick, go into volume settings and you will find your solution there.

I think the phone outputs to HDMI so yes. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work

Is there a similar projector that let's you set the picture size no matter how far away? I realize it would need a minimum distance. I need to put it about 15 ft from the wall.
So in your opinion of this device, it's better being a "long-throw" projector rather than a "short-throw"?? With the speakers being on the projector I would think if its ahead of you then you won't have the sound coming right next to you so much. Maybe would sound better in front of you ?!🤔

I have my Roku player connected to mine for Netflix. HBO Max loads super fast compared to my much slower smart TV.
New to the projector game, want a projector for my new game room. But was thinking of buying one that could be mounted to ceiling so it’s not in the way. Is this possible? Or maybe there’s another projector that would be better for that? Would use for non-competitive gaming and home cinema

Another thing I’m having a hard time is using the hdmi in the port of the arc to connect to my surround sound . It connects I can here everything well for a while the cut off like it mutes it self and then comes back on over and over again

3 LCD that is used in EF12 cannot be 4k.
4k projectors are DLP and are other brands like Optima, BenQ.
I’m unable to see any pixels on my 100’ screen. Was able to see pixels easily with my old low budget projector. Watching Avatar on this projector was pretty amazing.

Horrible projector! I only need a simple projector to show movie, this thing asks for setup every time turn it on! Also any near by bluetooth connection will interrupt the movie and pops up connection request! Picture is nice but no usable.
