$43k is the lowest I've seen a C2 corvette priced since I started looking at classic cars.
Me too, especially for $43K, the cheap white paint job on it scares me, take a lot of money to get it back to decent, someone will buy it, just on price.

Need to budget about 70k for a clean C2. But I get the feeling people aren't here to complain about the condition of Maple's inventory or their prices which are actually very good. People are here to complain about the price of nice things in general.

Like the car. I don't care for the exhaust. Not that it's loud. It doesn't go all the way to the back. The car that caliber you want the exhaust tips to go all the way back, like stock.

This is not a 63. Look at the vertical louvers just behind the front wheels. The 63 has horizontal side moldings.

Somebody messed up a 63 Corvette. These are typically 100 thousand dollar + cars, you get what you pay for.
No, clean 327 C2's are 70k. Car's with full recent restorations are 95k.

You're in fantasy land. Clean 327 C2's are 70k. To get one that needs some repairs & is in condition that it can used & driven without worry for 42k is a great price & a great option for some people that may looking for a driver not a garage queen.
