I usually use the sewers if I have enough nades or I had the whole middle under control for a while.
To enter sewers, bring at least 4 nades and then it is easy to deal with rats 😁 2 nades trown down the stairs, then the other 2 under the ladder and boxes

I don't know. I have the same problem. Often I can't even play, and it doesn't matter if I use 4g, 5g mobile data or wifi. Same problem every time and also a lot of reconnecting.
Definitely try to contact them via in game report and explain the issue so they will finally understand that the problem is on their side
