I want to buy one to rent just so my rural area can have access to such a wonderful service. Getting any sort of uber out here is not easy or cheap. I can see many dollar signs ahead.
Yes, I'm surprised how little people are talking about robotaxis for rural areas, where there are few alternatives to driving. I guess people are just focused on where human-driven taxis are rather than thinking about the new markets opened up by a lower cost of operation.
@@SportPlusDad Have you ever cleaned your own car? Most people drop it at the car cleaners for an hour or 2, and you treat your car extra nice. Imagine an irritated or a customer having a bad day. Shit happens! How many 1 to 8 hour cleaning trips might your robotaxi be needing in a day. All it would take is one bad customer and that would be the end of that idea. Great fairy story guys.
Hopefully Tesla starts using wind tunnels with snow and slush tests to prevent accumulation and camera obstructions. Cameras need washing systems with defrost and de-icing. The Cybertruck headlights need a heated lens to eliminate the setback of the headlights. Put camera there too and have single wiper for camera and headlights.
Thanks for the breakdown! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
So lots of detail questions. Where does one keep multiple vehicles? Also, Insurance - this is a business - need a different insurance policy - cyber trucks are difficult to insure - these may even be more difficult. Maybe Tesla will offer the insurance. Also, if your car is damaged you lose the use of it for at least a month while it is repaired.
Regarding insurance, since the vehicles will be fully autonomous, Tesla will be responsible for providing and paying for the insurance. To put it another way, Tesla is the driver of the car.
They didn't give a price on the cyber cab yet. Elon has rattled off some numbers for possible production cost when at volume, but not retail price. The 25k car that first started getting talked about years ago has turned into the cybercab.
I will order a cybercab as soon as I can, but my wife doesn't understand why i would want to do this. I try to explain it and she still looks at me like i'm nuts.
How is your Tesla Roadster? The free Roadster you guys got for the referrals? Two Roadsters, actually, right? You will have those Roadsters, or be drooling in a old-folks home, before Robotaxis are a reality. Just like Hyperloop. Don't swallow Elon's Cool-Aid, Guys.......there's cyanide in it.
@@Barskor1 Elon is fighting to stop work from home jobs in the us government now as we speak. His only interest is cashing in on the hype he is creating. Full self driving has been his promise since 2016 and you still can't use the product without human intervention. Why do you think Robo-cab is going to change that?
@garychlastawa8277 Entrepreneurs usually start out with a product that works whether it's a burger business or a car product to pitch. Full self driving still needs human intervention for every 13 miles driven. Elon has been promising fsd for the past 9 years. Now you think a car without a steering wheel is going to solve the problem? How will that happen?

Great idea!

Great idea for a young entrepreneur . Clearly the heavy lifting will occur at the central depot. Cleaning and recharging will be key.
The “Central Depot” may just be a guy’s driveway.

Exciting times to be a Tesla investor!

Happy thanksgiving everyone!
I quit Airbnb. Went back to hotels. Cheaper plus have rewards. Airbnb clean fee could be the same as whole hotel bill. Bad comparison.
… I can’t wait to see your videos after you’ve gotten into this cyber cat business!

Agree, but Air BnB is a bad example. Going downhill for a while.
FSD will never work. I put $250,000 down on a roadster over 8 years ago..... Imagine that.
When did they say was $25k cybercar?

Funny that you show a car being cleaned that has a steering wheel…

No it’s not the algorithm. Wow, you guys have totally become a political channel. This makes the 2nd of your channels I’m unsubscribing from.
There is no way I would get into a self driving cab. Do you have any idea how nasty people can be these days. YOU NOT THINKING.
Busess train airplanes....all the same problem people clean them have a nice day.
@@Barskor1 "all the same" you have a nice day.
So why do I want to own a taxi? This is a stupid idea.
So you can stay home and live a life rather than bs for someone else.
It would be better for people who have a more entrpunueial mindset.

@mp6756 I see you struggling, but I'm not the one to change your opinion. General public views like this are one way I make money.
