      Juan I'm so happy to find someone else who sees this charade for what it is. This video is put together to deceive everyone. The kid in the wheelchair attempting some type of physical therapy does not have any such scars. If you screen shot the kid in the wheelchair and enlarge the picture, you can see that there are no scars and the "artistic" photos of Anthony showing off his scars looks photo shopped. The scars he shows to the interviewer look fake (stage make up)...especially the ones on the front of his torso. This is disgusting how this narrative is continually perpetuated as real.

    "Equally tough"? Yaaaaa. Nope. This kid's journey was waaaaay tougher. I've broken my leg and got a metal rod hammered into my bone. I know how bad that recovery was. Add the additional injuries least of which like losing apart of your lung? How could they say this is "equally tough" as taking a flight to Washington and speaking to some political blokes?

    • @germxx2631
      @germxx2631 5 лет назад +75

      Amen. That’s what I thought when I hear that. While the activists are surely stepping out of their comfort zones when talking about these issues, it doesn’t even compare to what this guy went through. You can’t hold a torch to this. He’s a hero, and the fact that he’s being compared to some people who may not have even hear the shots is incomprehensible. Bad choice of words to whoever wrote the script.

      jasmine ogden you sound so bitter like I hope you heal from what you are going through. Because at the end of the day they still were in a school that got shoot up everybody in that day has been scarred. nobody should think they could die at their own damn high school. People like you make it hard for anyone to speak their troubles. Life isn’t a contest on who has gone through the most pain or suffering. I bet this kid you be praising would be disgusted you roast his classmates. he tried to protect them from experience the pain he feels now. why would he want them to??? so they have the right to speak more than him??? your argument is stupid. Find love in your heart for people’s experiences.

      @@ChibiNyaNya She doesn't sound bitter, I see where she's coming from. The truth is that the kids who have been leading this national movement bullied the shooter and they were nowhere near the shooter. People are only paying attention to them and not the people who actually were hurt and the real heroes, if they put people like this kid at the front lines of the movement they'd get a lot more empathy and they'd get a lot farther on policies.

    • @ChibiNyaNya

      @@cutienerdgirl "prissy nobodies who didn’t do or experience shit. DAMN!!!!" doesn't sound bitter or mean to you? Who cares if they weren't in the same building? That is their high school. Which they know well. The people who got hurt and died they know well. I can't believe its so hard to understand that you can be affected by something you are close to. This argument is invalid to say that just because they weren't shot or saved lives they can't talk about gun control. Did every politician talking about it get shot or save someone life? Did those policy makers save people from shooters? Uh I don't think so. You can talk about things you don't experience. Hell, why do men talk about abortion or any women's health it they aren't women themselves? Maybe this boy doesn't want media attention!!! He was in hospital recovering, do you think he was in the right state to give speeches or talk to news outlets??? He literally couldn't walk. He is a hero and none of these kids talking are taking away from what he did. His voice is not silenced, did they not make this video about him? Actually, they created a lot of storm around them because people like you call them prissy nobodies who don't know what they are talking about. I think those kids did a good job. Honestly from other shootings I don't remember hearing about the other students much at all so they did better than other schools.
