Soobin and Arin were a great duo but they weren't great right from the get go. They were both pretty awkward and shy in the beginning and both of them made frequent mistakes too. But the difference was the both of them were shy and awkward together, and they were supporting each other a lot too. I don't know how much of an introvert Sunghoon is, but Soobin was a VERY BIG introvert, and people said Arin too. Both of them were great because their energy matched and supported each other a lot because they know both of them needs the support. That's why they grew and became amazing together. I feel like the problem with Sunghoon and Wonyoung right from the beginning is how Wonyoung already feels like a professional while Sunghoon is clearly still lacking and nervous. So their energy and vibe don't match at all. Unlike Soobin and Arin who both felt like little chicklings together at the start, Wonyoung feel leagues ahead of Sunghoon in terms of experience which made Sunghoon's awkwardness feels even more jarring. I think just give them time? I'm sure eventually the two will come to work together and become great mc duos too.
